Candidatul Ideal
- 1–3 years of experience in a Technical Support / IT Support role
- Basic knowledge of servers (HP ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge, Lenovo ThinkSystem)
- Basic understanding of Windows Server, Linux, or VMware
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good time management and customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in German and English

Our queue provides solutions for both in-scope and out-of-scope issues, supporting customers whose Technical Support or Service Contract has expired, as well as customers who experience out-of-scope hardware or software issues while their system is still under warranty.
Job Skills:
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to servers and applications
- Support environments based on Windows Server, Linux, and VMware
- Handle installation, configuration, performance, and product usage requests
- Verify warranty eligibility and determine the necessary actions
- Manage and monitor support tickets until full resolution
- Keep customers informed throughout the troubleshooting process
- Support escalation cases and collaborate with internal teams
- Deliver a positive customer experience aligned with company standards
