ManpowerGroup Romania is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a global business services partner supporting a leading FMCG organization through a large-scale transformation and the development of a next-generation Global Business Services (GBS) model.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic GBS Change & Communications Manager to join a dynamic transformation environment in Bucharest. This role will play a key part in driving change management, employee engagement, and communications initiatives that support the successful implementation of GBS transformation programs across global and regional teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, HR, Communications, and other stakeholders to support strategy activation, foster employee engagement, and help embed the GBS culture across the organization.

Requirements
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communications, change management, employee engagement, organizational development, or related areas.
  • Professional certifications in Communications (ABC, IABC, SCMP or similar) represent an advantage.
  • Change Management certifications (PROSCI, CCMP, APMG, CM or equivalent) are considered a plus.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the rollout of the global communications framework across GBS hubs, enabling effective collaboration and communication between GBS, business functions, and markets.
  • Contribute to the execution of global communication and engagement strategies, incorporating local and regional insights while increasing awareness of GBS capabilities, services, and transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute local engagement activities and events that promote GBS visibility and strengthen organizational culture within the hub.
  • Partner closely with Corporate Affairs, Communications, HR, Legal, and Regulatory teams to deliver change and engagement programs across the organization.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve employee experience and engagement.
  • Act as the local change management lead for strategic initiatives, including organizational transformation, technology projects, productivity programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support business leaders and functional teams in managing change adoption, minimizing risks, and ensuring successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Track and assess the effectiveness of change and communication programs, capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop communication materials, toolkits, presentations, training content, and engagement resources to support change initiatives.
  • Identify and support external branding and engagement opportunities, including industry events, conferences, talent attraction initiatives, and employer branding activities
