Job Description
- Build and strengthen the brand across SEE & ADRIA markets.
- Lead the planning, forecasting, budgeting, and execution of all new product launches.
- Manage marketing budgets (OPEX & MDF) and ensure effective coordination between sales and marketing.
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to drive category growth and strategic initiatives.
- Work with and manage external creative and PR agencies to deliver high‑quality campaigns on time.
- Drive 360° omnichannel marketing initiatives across social media, web, PR, KOL, partnerships, events, retail and etail.
- Develop marketing strategies for specific gaming verticals (e.g., Sim Racing, Competitive eSports).
- Build partnerships with game publishers, gaming brands, and community groups to support key launches.
- Analyze and report quarterly results on campaigns, product launches, budgets, and digital media performance.
- Use market intelligence, consumer insights, and data (e.g., GfK) to design actionable marketing strategies.
- Engage with the gaming community and translate sentiment from Discord, Reddit, and Steam into insights for sales and product teams.
- Ensure alignment and coordination with global and regional marketing teams.
