Ideal Candidate
As a Financial Controller you will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and inventory control. You will collaborate closely with finance, production, and operational teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the organization.
Job Description
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (audit or controlling – are a plus)
- Good knowledge of Excel. ERP financial systems (SAP, BAAN) and reporting tools (Power BI, Workstation, TM1) are a plus
- Experience in manufacturing companies is a plus
- Fluent English (Spanish – is a plus)
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly reporting and analyze financial performance. Tools used: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Workstation, TM1.
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process together with department heads and CFO.
- Responsible for Inventory: monitoring production costs, accounting and stock count.
- Support in calculating sales prices: updating prices based on actual costs, supporting the quoting process, preparing calculations for technical services to be invoiced.
- Group-level reconciliation of balances and transactions.
- Support the finance team in daily operations and month-end closing.
