At CWS Workwear, we’re looking for a Financial Controller who wants ownership, visibility, and the chance to grow into a trusted finance partner across Austria, Hungary, and Romania.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in controlling, finance or financial analysis;
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and experience with local GAAP;
- English at B2 level or higher (daily working language);
- German language skills ( strong conversational level- mandatory);
- Experience with or exposure to CEE markets is an advantage;
- Strong analytical mindset, structured thinking and growing independenceUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.
Job Description
In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for financial reporting across multiple countries and directly support strategic decision-making.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning financial reporting for Austria, Hungary, and Romania
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements;
- Active participation in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis;
- Supporting process improvements and internal controls;
- Turning numbers into clear insights for management
- Close cooperation with sales teams, local management and external auditors.
