We are looking for an Accounting & Reporting Manager who will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and stability across an international group operating in several European countries.
What we are looking for:
🔹 University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or a related field;
🔹 Professional qualifications such as RA, CPA, or ACCA are a strong advantage;
🔹 Min. 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting within an international environment
🔹 Solid expertise in:
🔹 Group consolidation;
🔹 External reporting;
🔹 Internal controls and compliance;
🔹Experience with consolidation tools (e.g., Lucanet, HFM) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central);
🔹 Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI is a plus;

✅ Group Accounting & Consolidation
- Managing accurate month-end and year-end closing processes at group level;
- Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation;
- Leading the consolidation of multiple entities and monitoring intercompany transactions and eliminations
- Preparing and coordinating consolidated financial statements;
- Working closely with local accounting and tax advisors across different countries;
- Acting as the main contact for external auditors;
- Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements and filing deadlines;
- Designing and implementing internal control frameworks;
- Monitoring key controls and supporting risk management initiatives;
- Leading and developing a small accounting team;
- Coaching team members and driving continuous improvement;
- Conducting performance evaluations and fostering professional growth;
