-Cunoștințe solide privind procesele operaționale specifice transportului rutier internațional și documentația aferentă;
-Nivel mediu sau avansat de limba engleză, atât scris, cât și verbal;
-Studii superioare finalizate sau în curs de finalizare;
-Cunoștințe bune de operare PC și utilizare a pachetului Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word);
-Capacitate excelentă de organizare, planificare și prioritizare a activităților;
-Atenție la detalii și orientare către acuratețea datelor;
-Abilități foarte bune de comunicare și colaborare cu parteneri interni și externi;
-Spirit de echipă, atitudine proactivă și orientare către găsirea soluțiilor;
-Personalitate pozitivă, adaptabilă și cu simț al umorului;
-Disponibilitate pentru un program full-time (8 ore/zi).
Job Description
-Vei administra și actualiza baza de date a transportatorilor, menținând un nivel ridicat de acuratețe și completitudine a informațiilor, precum și conformitatea acestora cu standardele companiei;
-Vei analiza, verifica și valida documentația furnizată de transportatori, asigurând respectarea politicilor interne și a cerințelor legale aplicabile;
-Vei urmări termenele de valabilitate ale documentelor și vei iniția demersurile necesare pentru actualizarea acestora în timp util;
-Vei menține o comunicare constantă cu transportatorii pentru clarificarea informațiilor și soluționarea rapidă a eventualelor neconcordanțe;
-Vei colabora îndeaproape cu departamentele Operațional, Customer Service, Financiar și alte echipe relevante pentru asigurarea unui flux de lucru eficient;
-Vei oferi suport colegilor în activitățile zilnice și vei contribui la rezolvarea situațiilor operaționale care pot apărea în relația cu transportatorii;
-Vei participa activ la optimizarea proceselor interne și la implementarea unor practici care contribuie la creșterea eficienței operaționale și a calității serviciilor oferite;
-Vei întocmi și actualiza periodic rapoarte și situații specifice activității, oferind informații relevante pentru procesul decizional;
-Vei contribui la dezvoltarea și menținerea unor relații profesionale solide cu transportatorii și partenerii companiei, în vederea susținerii obiectivelor de business și a standardelor de calitate DSV.

From local haulier to global freight forwarder Initially, DSV offered haulier services only and focused activities within the construction industry. From the mid-1980s onwards, however, the business was quickly expanded to include other transport and logistics activities domestically as well as internationally. From 2000 onwards, with the acquisitions of the DFDS Dan Transport Group, Frans Maas, ABX and UTi Worldwide, DSV emerged as a global freight forwarder.
In 2019, DSV joined forces with Panalpina, another global provider of transport and logistics services. Latest DSV acquired Agility’s Global Integrated Logistics business (GIL) and became one of the three largest transport and logistics companies globally. GIL was acquired in August 2021.
