Using technology to improve, streamline and make more reliable the manufacturing process

Ensuring maintenance activities of electrical systems.
Permanent proposal of solutions to improve processes.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordination and verification of the maintenance activity of the installations and equipment (scheduling of monthly and annual repairs, the need for spare parts, the need for various materials, external service contracts);
Performing the maintenance activity of installations and equipment within the Electrical Workshop, as well as verification of equipment and means of production (proposing scheduled monthly and annual repairs, spare parts requirements, various materials requirements,) at maintenance and/or reliability manager.
Verification of activities carried out by other external companies to ensure compliance with established procedures, policies, and lines.
Performing and monitoring activity within the Electrical Workshop on maintenance and repair line in the electrical field and actively participates in verification and testing of electric motors of all types.
Performing/executing daily work schedule received from maintenance and/or reliability manager according to the order of priorities (based on prior consultation with the maintenance manager).
Performing/executing timely and high-quality completion of the work performed and the tasks received.
Performing/executing operation of machinery and technical equipment, as well as the degree of their wear, proposing measures to update technical parameters.
Proposing, executing, and monitoring the implementation of revisions program, current and capital repairs according to the Maintenance Plan, at the level of the Electric Workshop.
Formulates a plan, reviews and analyzes the preventive maintenance strategy for instrumentation;
Ensuring that performed electrical maintenance is carried out promptly, efficiently and with quality.
Before executing a job, ensures that all parts, materials, and special tools are available if necessary.
Prepares the work schedule for the next week and proposing/presenting/discussing the schedule to maintenance and/or reliability manager.
Proposing/performing preventive and corrective work that is required on electrical, instrumentation and automation equipment.
Proposing/performing preventive maintenance in coordination with the production and maintenance supervisors.
Proposing corrective and preventive actions that will lead to the continuous improvement of the activity it leads.
Completing documents regarding the duration of the functioning of production means.
Taking measures to improve systems.
Actively contributing to improving the efficiency of equipment and production means by proposing and making permanent improvements and modifications.
Execution and coordination of technical actions to reduce costs.
Reducing breakdown frequencies for machines, improving working conditions (safety, ergonomics).
Ideal Profile
University degree in electrical engineering;
ANRE 3A and 3B;
Previous experience on a similar role and in coordinating a team;
Written and spoken English language;
Initiative and responsibility;
Good knowledge the main regulations on workplace safety;
Effectiveness and result orientation;
Cooperation and leadership skills.
