About the Role

As Plant Data BPO, you will ensure that the Plant Manager and the team have the data and information needed for daily operations and planning, enabling informed decision-making from business KPIs and implementing a zero-defect policy in data quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the local Business Process Owner (BPO) for plant-related processes within SAP, MES, and other manufacturing systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, system utilization, reporting capabilities, and data management practices
  • Collect, document, and communicate business requirements for system enhancements or process improvements
  • Support the implementation of new IT applications, system upgrades, and process changes at plant level, including testing, validation, and deployment of new functionalities
  • Ensure the collection, maintenance, and availability of plant-related data required for operational and business analysis
  • Maintain SAP master data related to plant operations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely updates
  • Monitor local data quality and coordinate corrective actions in alignment with Master Data Governance standards
  • Maintain MES data related to machine standards, production parameters, and standard times, based on inputs from Industrial Engineering and relevant stakeholders
  • Extract and consolidate information from MES, SAP, and other manufacturing applications to support operational activities and business analyses
  • Analyze plant performance data and provide insights to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports to Plant Management to support operational decisions, budget monitoring, and performance management
  • Identify manual activities that can be automated to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data availability, collaborating with Central IT and other stakeholders on automation and digitalization initiatives

Job Description

Key Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing data management, reporting, business process support, or data analysis within a production environment
  • Strong SAP knowledge, Power BI, and advanced MS Office/Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and data flows
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Change management skills
  • Fluent in English
