Job Description
Preluarea apelurilor telefonice din partea clienților și oferirea de soluții clare și eficiente
Oferirea de informații despre produse/servicii sau redirecționarea cererilor către departamentele corespunzătoare
Înregistrarea apelurilor, solicitărilor și reclamațiilor în sistemul intern
Urmărirea și soluționarea cererilor deschise în termenii stabiliți
Oferirea de suport prin email, chat sau alte canale, acolo unde este necesar
Respectarea politicilor interne, a standardelor de calitate și a indicatorilor de performanță (KPIs)
Participarea activă la traininguri și întâlniri de echi
Oferirea de informații despre produse/servicii sau redirecționarea cererilor către departamentele corespunzătoare
