What you will do in this role
As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:

Help customers with questions throughout the buying process and finds the best solution for their needs and helps customers after they purchase the products
Provide extraordinary assistance to customers who contact you via inbound calls and/or emails. When a customer needs help, you quickly assess their situation and give advice or a solution on the spot.
Provide accurate information about the product the customer wants to buy
Profile your customer and offer the best product according to his/her needs
Increase sales revenue and conversion rate, while ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction in the Survey Scores
Achieve sales goals set out on a quarterly basis while providing excellent customer experience
