ManpowerGroup Romania is recruiting for the role of Customer Relations Manager on behalf of a well-established provider of comprehensive diagnostic solutions for laboratories across Romania.

Location: Timis

Role requirements:
A university degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Technology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related scientific field.
Good command of English (minimum B2 level), essential for professional communication.
The ability to work with and implement specialized laboratory software and programs.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Solid knowledge of standards and applicable food law regulations.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a laboratory or testing environment.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and liaise with laboratories within an international laboratory group.
Support the implementation and local adaptation of the internal system.
Provide technical consulting and customer support, ensuring service quality.
Manage sample acceptance, registration, and order tracking.
Review test results and prepare accurate laboratory reports for clients.
Ensure timely completion of orders and issue service invoices.
Handle customer complaints and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in laboratory projects, internal trainings, and regulatory updates.
Represent the Customer Service function, including occasional business travel.
