Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in English language;
- Practical knowledge of customer relationship management
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities;
- Experience in the automotive industry;
- Works well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant of Just-In-Time system, Kanban, 5S;
- Practical knowledge of material flow operation using FIFO system;
- SAP system knowledge is an advantage.
Job Description
- Responsible for the complete follow-up of customer requests and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Providing timely notification when minimum stock levels are reached, or regarding any other critical situations that could disrupt customer deliveries;
- Delivering finished products to customers on time and according to their requested delivery terms, as well as posting these deliveries in the SAP system;
- Responsible for the daily monitoring and analysis of customer orders for series production (mass production) and spare parts;
- Monitoring customer delivery performance (Scorecards and complaints);
- Preparing delivery reports in accordance with KIRCHHOFF Automotive Romania’s internal procedures, global reporting standards, and customer requirements;
- Continuously seeking solutions to optimize customer service levels through the effective coordination of finished goods warehousing and delivery to customers;
- Container Management;
- Preparing the necessary customs documentation for export.
