🌎 Location: Full remote work

⏰ Schedule: 4 days work, 2 days off

Day shift: 9:00-19:00 ( 1:30 h break)

Night shift: 19:00-05:00 ( 1:30 h break)

📋 Responsibilities:

• Contacting customers by phone or e-mail, regarding their feedback about the company's services;

• Resolving complaints and challenges from customers, redirecting the situation to the head of the department or another department when necessary;

• Improving relations with customers and their loyalty through interaction on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram);

• Review Hunter – searching and responding to comments or reviews posted on the internet.

💼 Requirements:

• No experience is required, though 6 months of experience in a similar role would be an advantage;

• Romanian and Hungarian at an advanced level (written and spoken). Knowledge of the English language is a plus.

• You should like talking to people (by phone and e-mail), it should be easy for you to talk to your new colleague.

• Enjoy interacting with customers, even the difficult ones.

• Be patient to explain and help even the one who "understands" more difficult. 😊

• To know what the sense of duty means, to be calm only when you know that you have finished your work.

• You are self-motivated, you get over a failure quickly, you just learn the lesson.
