  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a field sales team
  • Experience in delivering sales targets and managing sales KPIs
  • Experience in customer acquisition and distribution network development
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and commercial terms with business clients
  • Ability to analyze the market and prepare sales recommendations
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and distribution models
  • Category B driving license

Job Description


Acceptable:
Higher education (preferred fields: management, marketing, economics, commerce)
Knowledge of CRM systems
Understanding of sales planning and reporting processes
Knowledge of cooperation models with distributors and business partners
Experience in construction, FMCG, electronics, or home appliances industries
