SALES DEALER NETWORK COORDINATOR ROMANIA (m/f)

• at least the fifth level of education in the economic or other relevant field,
• several years of experience in the field of vehicle sales,
• the ability to identify and track market trends,
• a self-initiative personality with the ability to learn quickly,
• excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills,
• oral and written proficiency in the English language,
• advanced knowledge of Excel in the MS Office environment,
• willingness to work in the field,
• a passion for the automotive industry,
• driving license B category.

• management, coordination, and support of the entire sales network,
• implementation of the sales strategy, in accordance with the sales plans of the company,
• sales planning and monitoring of sales realization on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis,
• ensuring the achievement of sales goals and the development of the sales network,
• finding new agents,
• establishing sales standards,
• monitoring the market and the competition, and preparing analyses,
• conducting marketing activities intended to increase sales,
• taking care of the education of our sales network,
• accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly actual and planned sales. Communicate results and reports on a planned and regular basis, to maximize Romania market performance
• formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures and adapts GEELY Int. policy to Romania region.
