Ideal Candidate
Duties include but are not limited to:
Initiate and manage contract negotiation process with clinical trial sponsors and sites.
Create and revise templates for sponsor specific documents including contracts, budgets, amendments, and ancillary agreements.
Respond to inquiries from sites and sponsors efficiently and effectively.
Follow-up with investigative sites concerning outstanding contracts on a weekly basis.
Produce error-free documents for final execution.
Accurately plan to achieve timely results.
Negotiate contract terms, budgets, and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with investigative sites are aligned with clients’ interests.
Solve problems at the site level.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.
Job Description
Qualifications:
Law degree or equivalent experience is required.
Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to communicate accurately and effectively.
Must be comfortable with computers and have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Experience negotiating contracts and budgets.
Strong Excel skills.
Very good English and Spanish skills. Any other language is considered a big advantage.
