- Lead daily execution of consumer campaigns across digital, influencer, media, and on-ground activations.
- Translate brand strategies and briefs into actionable plans for agencies and partners.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies with multiple stakeholders.
- Monitor quality, hit milestones, and support performance tracking/post-campaign reviews.
- Serve as the go-to contact for compliance, legal, privacy, and regulatory processes.
- Manage review cycles (Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs) and consolidate feedback.
- Handle National Drug Agency (ANM) submissions and audit-ready documentation.
- Track approvals and support global processes.
- Oversee influencer operations (documentation, approvals, briefings).
- Align external partners (PR, media, digital agencies) on amplification plans.
- Ensure compliant execution for influencer and HCP-adjacent activities.
- Manage contracts, POs, vendor docs, and onboarding (e.g., agencies, ARAVO).
- Track budgets with Finance/Procurement and handle event logistics (e.g., medical caravans).
- Maintain impeccable records for approvals and compliance.
- Act as the bridge between Consumer Marketing and teams like Medical, Corporate Affairs, Finance.
- Deliver clear, consolidated input to agencies to minimize rework.
- Proactively escalate risks, delays, or issues.
