• Adaptabilitate.

• Supplier Management: Monitorizezi performanta furnizorilor (metrici lunare) si coordonezi proiecte de dezvoltare alaturi de SQ&D.
• Productivity & Strategy: Executi planurile de productivitate (Negociere, VE, Resourcing) si optimizezi cash-flow-ul (termene de plata, Capex).
• Key Supplier Contact: Esti interfata principala ("one voice") pentru furnizorii critici si asiguri respectarea cadrului contractual.
• Panel Intelligence: Integrezi furnizori noi (prospectare, evaluare CSA) si analizezi evolutia pietei si a tehnologiilor.
• Collaboration: Sustii echipele in rezolvarea barierelor operationale si in atribuirea de business nou.
