We’re looking for a results-driven, people-focused Commercial Team Manager to manage our acquisition team, drive performance, and shape commercial strategy.

✔ You have leadership experience (at least 1 year) and a passion for helping people grow.

✔ You communicate confidently in English (B2 level or higher) and German or Italian (at least B1) and thrive in a multicultural environment.
✔ You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

💼 What You’ll Do

✔ Lead and support a team of 4-5 Buyers.
✔ Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are met.
✔ Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans.
✔ Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team toward performance.
