About the Role
As an Expert Process Associate, you will provide advanced support across the full Order‑to‑Cash process, ensuring accurate billing, effective collections, timely payment allocation, and clean customer account reconciliation. You will act as the key escalation point, drive process improvements, maintain documentation, and support knowledge transfer across the team.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high‑quality, compliant, and customer‑focused O2C delivery.

What You Will Bring to the Team
• Minimum 1 year of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation;
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls;
• English – B2/C1 + Polish B2/C1 or Czech B2/C1
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities;
• Experience handling escalations and complex cases;
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools;
• Ability to train, coach, and guide colleagues;
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to document standardized processes;
• Excel advanced/medium knowledge is a plus.

Job Description

How Your General Responsibilities Will Look
As an O2C SME, you will ensure process stability, quality, and compliance across the O2C tower. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing complex O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items;
• Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data;
• Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions;
• Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation;
• Delivering O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge‑sharing workshops;
• Preparing operational reports such as aging, dispute logs, reconciliation summaries;
• Supporting audits, control checks, and compliance requirements;
• Acting as the escalation point for internal teams and clients;
• Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross‑functional issues;
• Identifying improvement, automation, or standardization opportunities and influencing implementation.
Working schedule: Monday to Friday – business hours
Working policy: Hybrid (2 days per week in Bucharest or Iasi office)
