As a Client Services Associate (Financial Services), you will act as the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate account-related inquiries, treasury services, and transfer agency processes. Work Environment
- 100% onsite role (Work from office)
- Working schedule is 11.00 am - 20.00 pm
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to transfer agency and treasury services
- Provide professional and personalized support via phone
- Assist clients with account maintenance, transactions, account transfers, and shareholder requests
- Support clients in using online banking and treasury management platforms
- Guide customers through required documentation and account-related processes
- Investigate and resolve client concerns, discrepancies, and transaction-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
- Educate clients on processes, procedures, and available services
