Chief Accounting Officer & Finance Specialist

Requirements:

· Education: minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance
· and/or relevant experiences in Accounting or Financing of the Project in Consultancy business
· Knowledge of Romanian taxation (knowledge of international taxation and Romanian visas is a plus)
· Experience in budget management and monitoring
· Business level of English (reading, writting, speaking)
· Strong skill in Excel
· Capacity to work individually and the capacity to do team work
· Cost consciousness to save on unnecessary costs

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support the Employer in performing all the followings:
· Oversee the preparation and submission of invoice to the Client along with supporting documents required and follow up the payments.
· Preparation of the financial statement.
· Support the preparation of the project financing/budget plan and monitoring
· Tax filing related to the project and Romania branch in cooperation with the tax advisor
· Report to Branch Head for branch office operation matters
· Report to the Project Manager – Admin & Coordination team for project matters

Salary: 12250 RON gross / month
