Our restaurant in Bucharest, part of a growing international brand expanding in Romania, is looking for an experienced Head Chef capable of coordinating Kitchen/Production activities and managing part of the daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Certified Head Chef qualification;
- Knowledge of HACCP and strong organizational skills;
- Team spirit, attention to detail, and leadership abilities;
- Conversational level of English.

- Verify operational documents and report to management;
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain discipline in the kitchen;
- Lead and manage a multicultural team working in both production and service.
