Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in medical devices sales or a related technical/commercial role.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering or a related discipline).
- Good understanding of medical devices and the healthcare environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Conversational level of English (spoken and written).
- Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel as required.
Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Central Region (Cluj, Salaj, Alba, Sibiu, Brasov, Covasna, Harghita, Mures, and Bistrita-Nasaud) by prospecting, contacting, and engaging potential customers.
- Develop and present customized commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements and company products.
- Provide technical and commercial support to existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate, finalize, and manage commercial agreements, ensuring proper contract execution.
- Monitor delivery processes, documentation, payment collection, and contract compliance.
- Expand the customer portfolio and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and business partners.
- Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, budgets, and business presentations for management.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, negotiations, industry events, and internal discussions.
