Job Description
• Accepting, inspecting and describing in detail the condition of the cars when returned by customers;
• Checking and handing over cars in excellent condition;
• Presenting the rental conditions and offering additional services;
• Preparing rental contracts in a digital environment and processing payments;
• Working with software systems for reservations and internal communication;
• Providing high-quality and courteous customer service throughout the entire rental process;
• Assistance with vehicle relocations
• Checking vehicle consumables regularly
