AUTOCAD DESIGNER WITH FRENCH

Are you a CAD Designer with a curiosity for law and legal matters? We are looking for a designer with an interest in contributing to projects related to Industrial Property, a new domain which is currently highly trending and growing in Western Europe.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

As a CAD Designer, you will play a key role in the technical representation of inventions. You will be involved in creating and adapting drawings while complying with regulatory requirements and the company’s standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You hold a scientific qualification (an accredited Certificate or a Bachelor’s Degree);
• Previous experience as a CAD designer - minimum 3 years;
• Proficient in AutoCAD LT, Inventor, and Microsoft Office Suite;
• You are meticulous, well-organized, and enjoy working as part of a team;
• French - advanced level (C1) is a must;
• English - intermediate level (B2) is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Needs Analysis:

• Study the provided elements (client files, engineer’s instructions, sketches, etc.) to produce a new drawing or modify an existing one;

2. Production of Technical Drawings:

• Create accurate illustrations that comply with current patent standards;
• Use appropriate software tools (AutoCAD LT, Inventor) while following internal procedures and meeting deadlines;

3. Subcontractor Management:

• Assess the need to use external service providers based on the workload;
• Provide them with necessary materials and instructions, monitor quality and timelines, and validate invoices;

4. Occasional Internal Drawing Production:

• Produce diagrams and plans for internal use.
