Requirements:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Customer Support experience (preferably L1/L2 support in a software/application environment);
• Good working knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with BPMN/workflow automation tools (e.g. Camunda);
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience working in Agile methodologies – nice to have;
• Experience in the banking domain – nice to have;
• Comfortable with tools like JIRA, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite;
• Availability to travel abroad, if needed;
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
Job Description
• Act as a 1st level of support in Jira - triage, investigate, and resolve incoming customer issues or requirements;
• Assign tickets to relevant teams and ensure proper follow-up and resolution;
• Configure business processes (e.g., country setups, rules, workflows) and support process automation initiatives;
• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify issues and provide updates;
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and process discovery sessions;
• Evaluate and test new or modified functionalities to verify that the product functions according to business requirements;
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Work closely with the Product Owner to refine backlog items, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with business priorities;
• Uncovering areas for improvement;
• Create and maintain user documentation and process guides;
• Prepare and deliver product demos and training sessions for clients and key users;
• Train client key users and provide ongoing support;
• Evaluate and test new or modified functionalities to verify that the product functions according to business requirements.
