We want you to have:

• Completed economic studies (accounting/ finance);
• Advanced romanian language or native;
• Medium English language knowledge;
• Accounting experience is not required; minimum knowledge of romanian fiscal legislation;
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision in particular) will be an advantage.

The activity takes place at the company's headquarters in Bucharest, sector 6, not in a hybrid system or work from home.

• Collecting and analysing invoices and supporting documentation from the fiscal and accounting point of view before posting it.
• Records primary documents (purchase/sales invoices, goods receipt notes, receipts, expense reports, bank statements) according to Romanian legislation for a limited liability company. Ensuring correctness and accuracy of data entering in the accounting system.
• Preparing of different reports/analyses requested by direct superior and director.
• Keeping and records travel expense and documents.
• Participates in inventory counts.
• Reconciles customer/supplier balances and prepares balance confirmations, when is needed.
• Archives documents physically and electronically and maintains their traceability.
• Cooperation with other departments in the company.
• Carry out tasks and duties in compliance with regulations in the fields of quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and fire safety.
