Process Specialist for Billing System with German

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process management, preferably with a focus on billing processes or in the E-Mobility industry.
• Solid accounting knowledge and deep understanding of booking and billing processes.
• Experience with billing systems, ideally SAP Business One.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and optimize complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex matters clearly and understandably.
• Independent work ethic, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of German is highly advantageous.

• Analyse and optimize existing billing processes with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing errors.
• Document and ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︉︃analyse error cases in billing processes, especially in manual bookings and billings.
• Identify issues and bottlenecks in processes and develop solution proposals.
• Collaborate closely with IT and business departments to ensure the correct transfer of data between CRM and billing systems.
• Develop and implement best practices and standards for process design and documentation.
• Conduct process audits and reviews to monitor compliance with guidelines and the effectiveness of process improvements.
• Train and advise team members on process optimization and best practices.
