The Internal Account Manager (Customer Account Specialist) oversees customer requests by preparing accurate quotations, coordinating with publishers or distributors, and ensuring clear communication throughout the administrative process. They manage relationships between customers and partners, facilitating smooth tripartite collaboration to resolve issues and clarify licensing or contractual details.

Ideal candidate:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in French (advanced level).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong customer‑service orientation, with the ability to handle requests efficiently and communicate clearly.
  • Excellent coordination and relationship‑management skills to navigate tripartite communication between customers, publishers, and partners.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when preparing quotes, updating documents, and managing administrative workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising requests and maintaining smooth operational processes.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of understanding margin frameworks and proposing optimisation ideas in alignment with internal guidelines.

Nice to have
  • Experience with software licensing or IT distribution, which helps in understanding contract structures and licence perimeters.
  • Familiarity with CRM or quotation tools, supporting faster and more accurate processing of customer requests.

• Handle requests received from customers
The Customer Account Specialist is responsible for preparing quotes requested by customers:
  • Receiving customer requests for licence acquisitions or renewals.
  • Contacting our purchasing channel (publisher or distributor) to obtain the corresponding quotation.
  • Providing the customer with the price proposal and answering all their questions regarding the quote, delivery timelines, scope, validity, etc.
  • Updating quotes when needed and managing the full administrative flow (sending orders for processing, updating tracking files depending on the market or customer, etc.).
  • When necessary, arranging short Teams meetings with customers to clarify specific topics related to their contracts, licence perimeter, renewals, or any operational questions.

• Manage customers, publishers/partners relationships
The collaborator must be able to manage tripartite communication between customer and supplier:
  • Coordinating with both parties to resolve issues or disputes.
  • Clarifying licence‑related questions or contract details with the customer as well as with the publisher/partner.
  • Ensuring smooth communication flows to avoid misunderstandings and accelerate the resolution process.

• Maintain and optimise margin
This aspect depends on the market the collaborator is working on:
  • Each account generally has a predefined margin framework, which can be optimised according to the rules of the specific market.
  • Margin optimisation is not fully autonomous: the Internal Account Manager may propose adjustments but always coordinates with their manager (Contract Manager) to validate the appropriate margin level.
  • Decisions are therefore taken jointly and always in alignment with market rules and internal guidelines.
