Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of business-critical applications while working closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise applications in production environments.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues.
Support application deployments, upgrades, and release activities.
Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge bases.
Provide technical support to internal teams and end users.
Perform system health checks and proactively identify potential risks.
Collaborate with development teams to support testing and production environments.
Contribute to performance optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Education
Associate Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, System Administration, or IT Operations.
Experience working in large enterprise or multinational environments is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with:
Kubernetes
ArgoCD
Jenkins
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
Knowledge of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
Ability to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues.
Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Shell, or Java is preferred.

Certifications
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, or similar certifications are considered a plus.

Language Skills

Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Chinese or any additional foreign language is considered an advantage.
