• Studii superioare finalizate;
• Experiență anterioară într-un rol similar;
• Bune abilități MS Office (Excel, Outlook);
• Bune abilități de organizare și comunicare;
• Persoană orientată spre rezultate și atent/ă la detalii.

• Asigură comunicarea cu clientul prin telefon și email;
• Răspunde și monitorizează documentele de livrare (POD-uri), pentru clienții alocați;
• Urmărește livrările conform planului de încărcare;
• Verifică și transmite zilnic status-ul comenzilor în curs de livrare;
• Oferă suport transportatorilor pentru rezolvarea diverselor probleme la livrare;
• Monitorizează, înregistrează și formulează răspuns pentru reclamațiile primite de la clienți;
• Întocmește rapoarte specifice de activitate.

• Transport de la metrou Păcii - Militari și din zonele limitrofe ale Bucureștiului;
• Dezvoltarea unei cariere în domeniul logisticii într-un mediu interactiv şi prietenos;
