A key role within our company, who can drive the vision forward for some of the biggest clients on the local market. Our new colleague will be an outstanding professional, loving to work with both people and data, mainly involved in building strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Speed of execution and impecable organization are main skills we are aiming to bring in our team, as well as fresh and diverse ideas to the table.

You are a good fit if you have:

Previous experience on a similar role, in an advertising agency;
Proven track record on an account management role: >3 years;
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
Ability to excel in fast paced environment encompassing company growth and change;

Descrierea jobului

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operating as the lead point of contact internally for any and all matters specific to customers
Building and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Maintaing awareness of customer expectations
Drawing up the costs related to assets
Receiving briefs and making proposals for activities/campaigns to the client
Evaluating each campaign and sending it to the client
Collaborating with the logistics, hr, production and field support departments
Communicate timely, effectively, and efficiently when customer challenges arise
Maintaing customer forecasts and track key account metrics
Discussing and evaluating new projects
Providing clear updates regarding the status of internal progress as well as relevant customer updates
Reporting and Record Keeping
Coming up with proposals for activation mechanisms
Drawing up activation planning/routing and optimizing in real time
Liaising with suppliers and ensuring the smooth running of the projects.
