We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting & Inventory Assistant to support our finance and logistics operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or inventory management.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate in Romanian. English is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree or vocational qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in construction, EPC, or engineering projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare preliminary accounting records and organize financial documents.
Record and monitor inventory movements (materials, tools, equipment, and consumables).
Maintain inventory registers and stock reconciliation reports.
Process purchase invoices, delivery notes, and goods receipt records.
Assist with supplier documentation and payment preparation.
Organize accounting files and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with the warehouse, procurement, and project teams.
Support the external accountant by providing complete and accurate documentation.
Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and accounting reports.
