We’re looking for a highly energetic and positive person to join our team. You will oversee the social media accounts on the Romanian market, with the goal of creating a trustworthy brand image and attracting leads. You will have an exciting opportunity to restart our brand presence on social media and refresh its visual style and TOV. As part of the global communication team, you’ll have strong support from colleagues and opportunities to grow your skills in international markets.

Responsibilities:

Establish an active brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Facebook
Create and execute a social media plan for ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︁︃︀each platform
Craft compelling and on-brand social media posts, captions, and messaging in Romanian language
Monitor and deal with comments to maintain a positive brand reputation
Analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results
Collaborate with the design, paid acquisition, product, and PR team to create engaging campaigns

Expected Results:

Social media content is relevant to the audience and consistent across all social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and TikTok
3-4 publications per week on each channel (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and TikTok)
1 engagement campaign per quarter (product promo, contest, holiday deals, etc)
The percentage of negative comments on social media (Facebook, Instagram) is below 10%

Professional Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing social media accounts.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin, along with their best practices.
Strong copywriting skills.
Fluent in Romanian (for copy), Upper-intermediate in English (for communication with colleagues).
Ability to combine a creative mindset with analytical thinking. We always start with WHY.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, as well as great communication skills – your teammates are always happy to help if you ask
