Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager to join our team opening a new office in Cluj, Romania.The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the site, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Supporting the organisation in our global expansion to Romania.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws.
- Fluency in English - German language skills are a great advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a sparring partner for the Company Management globally.
- Coordinate and manage the site, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all site activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and laws.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Ensure that the site is properly maintained, with all equipment and facilities in good working order.
