Qoobiss, a fintech company, focused on automating processes through innovative solutions, is looking for an energetic and talented person to join the Sales Department.

As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you will play an important role within the business development organization, qualifying inbound leads, profiling and prospecting for new customers, and executing account-based marketing and sales activities. You’ll have the chance to practice your communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with every contact you establish, aiming for discussions about how Qoobiss solutions can meet their needs.
As a part of the inside-sales team you are responsible for managing leads through the sales pipeline by actively reaching out through phone calls and emails in order to generate interest for our products, converting the prospects to qualified opportunities.

Your main driver is to engage prospective clients, create excitement, articulate the value, and schedule product demonstrations. Your efforts will be an integral part of building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for for Qoobiss while contributing to revenue growth of our company.
You are addressing worldwide markets, which is why being outgoing and fluent in English will be a plus for your candidacy.

Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and prospecting potential clients using various channels, including phone, email, social networks, and networking events:
  • Using ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀various prospecting channels and techniques, such as online search, social networks, networking events, and referrals to identify potential clients interested in Qoobiss's software solutions;
  • Researching and identifying target markets and potential customer segments;
  • Making calls and sending personalized emails to initiate contact and assess the interest and needs of potential clients;
  • Using research techniques to identify key individuals within organizations and establish relevant connections within them.
2. Generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings with potential clients to present the company's products and services:
  • Evaluating and qualifying leads based on criteria such as budget, needs, and key decision-makers involved in the acquisition process;
  • Collecting relevant information about leads and updating the potential customer database;
  • Using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage and track leads, as well as to set priorities and deadlines for each lead.
3. Understand, internalize and be able to articulate the value Qoobiss brings to the market in all of your communications. Overcome common sales objections to develop compelling conversations:
  • Scheduling and conducting product presentation meetings with potential clients;
  • Demonstrating the functionalities and capabilities of the products during meetings and online demonstrations, using materials and support resources prepared by the marketing team;
  • Conduct research to stay informed, learn about existing markets and grow knowledge about new ones.
4. Managing relationships with potential clients:
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and offer personalized solutions based on our services;
  • Cultivate a professional network through diverse channels like cold-calling, email outreach, attending trade fairs, engaging at events, and connecting on social media platforms like LinkedIn;
  • Ensuring effective communication and a positive experience for potential clients in all interactions.
5. Collaborating closely with the sales team:
  • Setting up introductory meetings / calls between the prospective customer and the sales team;
  • Systematically manage leads, follow-ups, and reporting;
  • Meet weekly targets which will include: number of outreaches / calls, number of qualifying meetings, number of qualified and interested customers;
6. Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team:
  • Tracking and reporting results regarding lead generation, qualification, and conversions to identify opportunities for process improvement.
What will help you succeed:
  • Completed higher education with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or computer science is an advantage;
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in sales or a similar position, preferably in the software or technology field;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present the company's products and services;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment;
  • Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects;
  • Solid knowledge of customer relationship management tools and productivity software;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Working proficiency in any other languages would be an advantage (French, Spanish, German, etc.).
