- Experience in a quality monitoring or supervisor role in a contact center environment is highly appreciated.
- Empathic Communicator: You are energetic, a great conversationalist, and excel in building professional relationships.
- Efficient and Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage your responsibilities with adeptness.
- Diploma in HR-related field is a plus.

- Partner with clients to perfectly align the right candidates with their needs.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure an adequate number of candidates.
- Provide assistance to employees working at the customer's site.
- Clarifying any issues of employees that may arise while working abroad.
