•Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering best practices in data visualization, coding, testing, and documentation. (This role combines hands on development with team leadership)

•Collaborate with analysts and other business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
•Set technical direction for dataviz projects which enable data driven insights balancing and complexity.
•Optimize performance and scalability of data systems to meet business growth.
•Drive automation and standardization in data workflows to improve efficiency.
•Ensure timely and correct communication of business metrics
