Ability to diagnose problematic events or issues, troubleshooting skills
Up-to-date technical knowledge, understating of modern software
Ability to accurately keep records with attention to details
Ability to work a flexible schedule with night shifts
Utilize monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Prometheus to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Escalate issues to appropriate teams or individuals when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution

Responsibilities:

Ability to handle big amount of requests in given amount of time, with high quality and precision
Work ︁︀︂︃︃︇︉︆︄with various monitoring systems, assist in the detection of issues
Following existing processes, and effectively execute them in practice
Maintain professional communication with stakeholders regarding the product status and improvements
Reporting/handling and escalating production issues
Monitor system metrics and proactively identify any deviations or abnormalities
Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to production systems
