Job description
For this project we are looking for colleagues to join our KYB (Know Your Business) Team in Galați.
This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role

As an KYB Analyst on our team, you will:

• Verify the authenticity and accuracy of customer-provided evidence, ensuring it complies with global regulatory standards
• Review additional information submitted and verify the authenticity of provided information
• Identify and address any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the submitted documents, taking appropriate action to rectify issues.
• Check that the documents and information provided is sufficient to make a decision
• Contact the customer using standardized replies to ask for more information where required
• Make a decision on whether the provided information constitutes sufficient evidence on the legitimacy of the transactions and funds and communicate decision to our client’s internal teams
• Write a cohesive narrative supporting the decision made by the agent
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer records
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in the review of identification documents
• Contribute to the overall compliance efforts and security through effective document review and verification processes
