WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High motivation to develop in the HR area
• Good knowledge of English or German
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities
• Commitment, initiative and a high degree of independence of action
• Genuine interest in working with creative platforms, for example, Canva, video editing, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook
• Excellent communication skills, conversational skills

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Management of the candidate database (including verification and pre-selection of applications)
• Organizing interviews and business meetings
• Placing job advertisements on job boards and social networks
• Supporting the HR Manager in daily tasks and administrative work
• Preparation of reports, statements, presentations
• Creating local content creation (e.g. employee-generated videos, testimonials, visuals for social media), participating with your team in adapting campaigns and relevant content for different segments.
• Supporting employer branding activities through organizing events like career fairs & high school presentations
• Organization and settlement of business trips
