We are looking for a dedicated and talented Maintenance and Repair Engineer (Direct Involvement in the Maintenance Department + Administrative) to join our team. In this position, you will play an essential role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our equipment, contributing to the success of the company.
In charge of a small team.
At least 3 years of professional experience is desirable.

Responsibilities: FACILITY
- Organizing, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities internally as well as external service providers and maintenance contractors during planned shutdowns and repair works.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the unit's equipment and machinery.
- Diagnosing and quickly resolving faults and malfunctions.
- Documenting all maintenance activities and reporting them to superiors.
- Participating in all planned maintenance work.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime, energy consumption, and maintenance costs.

Technical Scope
Compressors
Rotary screw compressors, compressed air distribution, dryers and filters
Boiler House
Steam and hot water boilers, burner systems, water treatment, pressure vessels
Air Humidification
Industrial humidification systems for production environment climate control
Medium-Voltage Switchgear
MV distribution panels (up to 20 kV), transformers, protection relays, earthing systems

Requirements:
- Technical education
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Previous experience in industrial or technical equipment maintenance.
- Proactive and responsible
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work extended hours, as needed.
- Relevant certifications or accreditations in the field of maintenance are an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Office
- Solid knowledge of English, German is an advantage (for the international company communication)
