HR Business Partner

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years on a HRBP position;
• A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices;
• Very good knowledge in English;
• Knowledge of people management practices;
• Data analysis skills – facilitating measurements and reporting of all HR processes;
• Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially organization development, change management, and employee relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting business strategy with HR actions;
• Partner with senior leadership and Management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices;
• Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals;
• Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching;
• Participate in the continual development of HR programs;
• Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance;
• Comprehensive coordination of assessment processes;
• Monitoring the level and causes of retention, preparing monthly reports with justification;
• Supporting HR Manager in investigation all disciplinary cases;Supporting the HR Manager in implementing the internal employer branding policy.
