Candidatul Ideal
· Minimum of 1 year of work experience in HR, with at least 1 year in management and payroll experience, preferably in dynamic and creative companies.
· Demonstrate a genuine desire to help and support others.
· Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
· Previous experience in BPO/contact center environments is advantageous.
· Experience with SAP HR is preferred.
· Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Main Responsibilities:
· Manage the administration of onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Prepare and update employment contracts and handle employee requests.
· Ensure accuracy and maintenance of HR data.
· Address daily HR ad-hoc tasks.
· Assist the HR Manager in delivering priorities and implementing HR best practices.
· Collaborate on projects aimed at optimizing HR processes and implementing new tools.
· Communicate and collaborate across functions and international offices.
· Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Manage punctuality records and attendance systems.
· Implement and maintain efficient HR management systems and processes.
