- Clearly communicate to regulators policies and procedures for identifying, evaluating, measuring, controlling and managing risks in the company
- Prepare and present reports on risk management based on prepared templates and send them to NBR
- Ensure that all credit processes decisions and changes are documented (there is a document for each decision, change, process)
- Understand the operation of risk models and processes at a high level
- Communicate with NBR, explain the work of our risk models and risk procedures
- Answer clarifying questions from NBR regarding reports, policies, procedures, credit decisions
Expected Results:
- Launch second generation credit management reporting system
- Current credit process is formalized in the form of necessary procedures, policies and other internal documents
- Procedures, policies and other internal documents fully meet the requirements of the national bank
- Ability to communicate all the internal processes to be accepted by regulator and considered as best practices in the market
Professional Qualifications:
- English, Romanian
- 3 years of experience in credit risk management: reporting, credit policy, methodology (bank, financial company)
- Experience in setting up credit risk reporting system in reputable financial institution, presenting reports to management and regulatory authorities
- Advanced knowledge of NBR regulatory documents
- Experience in preparation of high quality documents to regulators
- Experience in NBR audits
