What you will do in this role
As a Content Moderator on our team, you will:
- Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
- Moderate interactions (voice, email or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Maintain a high-quality service while interacting with the customer
- Ensure super quality and secure interactions on social media
- Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients
