Qualification Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance.
- Ability to work in a team environment and have a positive and flexible approach to the job.
- Must be dedicated to the quality, timeliness and accuracy of client servicing.
- Attentive to detail, be highly numerate, able to prioritize and meet stringent deadline.
- Computer literate on financial and office systems:
- Possess good organizational skills and demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recognize and escalate potential problems to ensure the daily processes are completed.
- Committed to the observance of internal controls and procedures.
- Ideally you will need to have a minimum 1 year of experience in a financial environment dealing with banks and accounting tasks;
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.

- Operate in CCM BROWSER the following transactions: annuities, bank charges, and bank interests.
- Prepare and issue monthly/quarterly financial extracts, payments report and bank reconciliations to the admin teams.
- Produce Ad-hoc reports when requested.
- Produce quarterly summaries for all tax payments, assisting the admin teams in the completion of the quarterly accounting for tax purposes;
- Reviewing monthly Share Plan bank reconciliations.
- Supporting the treasury and accounting team in additional tasks.
- Work under Corporate Policies and Procedures
- Ensure strict compliance with the EU Data Protection Directive as interpreted locally.
- Providing information, analysis and reports to the financial accounting team
- Investigate treasury related queries.
