1. Project Background
We are supporting a prequalification procedure for a major gas infrastructure project in Turkmenistan, related to the development of a compressor station for a gas pipeline.
The project is comparable in scope and technical complexity to compressor station projects such as Hurezani, involving multidisciplinary engineering and coordination between the project stakeholders, engineering disciplines and the client.
For the preparation and execution of the prequalification procedure, we are looking for experienced engineering professionals who can provide technical, project and documentation support, with particular emphasis on Russian-language communication and documentation.

We are currently looking for experienced professionals in the following disciplines – multidisciplinary team:
Project Manager
Mechanical Engineer
Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer

3. Main Responsibilities
Depending on the position and area of expertise, responsibilities may include:
Supporting the preparation and coordination of the prequalification documentation for the Turkmenistan gas infrastructure project.
Reviewing and contributing to technical and project-related documentation.
Providing technical input regarding the design, engineering and execution of a gas pipeline compressor station.
Coordinating information between the different engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
Reviewing technical requirements, specifications and project documentation.
Supporting the preparation, compilation and quality review of documents required for the prequalification procedure.
Communicating and coordinating with Russian-speaking project partners, clients and/or local stakeholders.
Preparing, reviewing and/or translating technical information and correspondence in Russian Cyrillic.
Identifying technical or project-related gaps and supporting their clarification and resolution.
Participating in project meetings and coordination discussions, as required.
Providing technical and project support throughout the prequalification process.


4. Position-Specific Responsibilities
A. Project Manager
Coordination of the overall prequalification activities.
Planning and monitoring of deliverables, deadlines and responsibilities.
Coordination between the different engineering disciplines.
Review and consolidation of technical and commercial/project information.
Communication with project stakeholders and preparation of project-related correspondence.
Monitoring of documentation status and identification of missing information.
Support in preparing presentations, project references and technical/project documentation for the prequalification.B. Mechanical Engineer
Technical support related to the mechanical systems of a gas pipeline compressor station.
Review of mechanical engineering requirements, specifications and technical documentation.
Assessment of relevant project experience and technical references.
Technical input regarding compressor station equipment and associated mechanical systems.
Support in the preparation and review of technical documentation for the prequalification.
Coordination with other engineering disciplines.C. Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer
Technical support related to the electrical, instrumentation and control systems of a gas pipeline compressor station.
Review of relevant E&I requirements, specifications and technical documentation.
Assessment of applicable technical references and previous project experience.
Technical input concerning electrical systems, instrumentation, control and associated systems.
Support in the preparation and review of E&I documentation for the prequalification.
Coordination with mechanical, process and other engineering disciplines.
